What you’ll need for your No Mess Water Painting For Kids:
- Construction paper – https://amzn.to/371qPA1
- Paintbrushes – https://amzn.to/35B6roX – Here is a great kid’s variety set
- A shallow bowl of water
- Towels – just in case
Step one: Gather your supplies
What colors would the young ones like to use for their project? You can set out plenty of different colors. Kids like options! It’s best to use regular old construction paper. It will soak in that water and change colors really easy!
Step two: Setting up for your No Mess Water Painting For Kids
This activity doesn’t take much at all. Now all you need is your paintbrushes and a shallow bowl of water. A shallow bowl works best because it is a little less likely to tip over. Also, we used an old plastic bowl that wouldn’t break easy if it did happen to make it to the floor in the event of an accident.
Step three: Let the no mess “painting” begin!
Let those young artists have at it! If one piece of paper is filled up with artwork, you can get another color. These pictures will eventually dry and you could even reuse them for another activity later.
No Mess Water Painting For Kids is easily the best kind of painting! Try painting with your group. You can show them shapes or do self portraits. Whatever you do decide to do, enjoy your time together.
